Job Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate the efforts of the service team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring all guest service interactions are handled with excellence. - Provide mentorship and training to new and existing staff, focusing on service techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction. - Manage service logistics, including guest seating, order flow, and dining experience customization. - Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring adherence to our quality standards. - Handle escalated guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, promotional activities, and special events to provide accurate information to guests and staff. - Participate in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and the development of service protocols. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications: - Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment. - Strong command over serving, bartending, and hosting duties. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team. - Passionate about delivering superior guest experiences. - Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. - Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
